たまにアプリ内課金の購入者から「間違って買った」とか「動かないから金返せ」って言われる場合があると思います。
その場合の手順をご紹介します。
IOSの場合
『iTunes』を開きます。
次に『iTunes Store』を開きます。
そこから画面上にある『App Store』をクリックし、一番下にある『管理』から『アカウント』→『パスワード入力』→『問題を報告』をクリックし購入したアプリを選択して、
『間違ってこのアプリケーションを購入した』を選択します。
これだけです。
後で、iTunes Storeから
1.「Email送信の確認メール」
2.「カスタマーサービスからの注文取消し手続きに関してのメール」
3.「取り消しの受領番号メール」
4.「返金完了のメール」
が来ます。
※ちなみに返金は1度限りです。
Android (Google play)の場合

On your computer, go to https://play.google.com/store/account.
Scroll down to “Order History” and find the order you want to return.
If you don’t see the order listed, you may have bought it on a different Google Account. Find out how to switch accounts.
To the right of the order, click More More.
Select Request a refund or Report a problem and choose the option that describes your situation.
Complete the form and note that you would like a refund.
You will see a message saying “thank you for sharing your concerns.” You’ll then get an email with your refund decision. You’ll usually get this within 15 minutes, but it can take up to two business days.
If you have multiple refund requests, repeat these steps for each thing you bought.

払い戻しのリクエストが複数ある場合は、購入した商品ごとにこの手順を繰り返します。
